Bay Tree portfolio company Prime Light, the UK’s leading lighting component solutions provider, has appointed Duncan Wilkes to the role of Non-Executive Chairman. The appointment of Duncan marks a key progression milestone for the business and adds further strength to the Prime Light management team.
Duncan has a long history of leading and growing private-equity backed distribution and service businesses within the automotive and IT sectors, including Micheldever Tyre Services, Nationwide Autocentres and 7C Limited, and will add key advice and insight as Prime Light embarks on its next phase of growth.
