Kenton Fine

Kenton is the Chairman of the Servest Group. He has in excess of 25 years’ experience in the global services industry having founded his first business in the waste management sector in 1989.

Having sold that business in 1996 he established Servest and has together with the management team created a leading multinational Facilities services group operating in a number of geographic regions throughout the UK and Africa.

Keith Butler-Wheelhouse

Keith had the first 25 years of his career with Ford in different locations around the world followed, in 1987, by leading an MBO of General Motors business in South Africa.

He spent four years in Sweden as President of Saab Automobile and a Director of General Motors and a Non-Executive Director of Atlas Copco AB.

He was Chief Executive of Smiths Group PLC, the FTSE global technology company, for 12 years, during which time it acquired or disposed over 20 businesses a year ranging in values from £5m to £5bn.

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Plastics Capital PLC and Chairman of Chamberlin PLC.

Jag Mundi

Jag is a leadership and systems coach who supports business leaders, teams and organisations to make transformational and enduring change and create a more inspiring work environment.

As a coach, he draws on his unique background as an ex UK investment banker and broker at Investec and Numis and as a Chairman running and growing successful businesses, and providing Board level advice. He has worked with clients ranging from large international organisations including HSBC and Arcelor Mittal to mid/small cap quoted companies such as ITE Group Plc and private businesses.

Jag is an accredited coaching professional, a qualified lawyer and holds an MA (First Class) in Law from Oxford University. He has also completed the Advanced Management Programme at Wharton Business School.

Baytree Anne Hoffman

Anne Slater

Anne has over 25 years’ experience in the finance sector, the majority of her career as an investment professional in private equity. She began in the mid-market at PPM Ventures (now Silverfleet) before taking time out for an MBA in the US.

On returning to the UK she worked as a Strategic Consultant at McKinsey & Co where she advised retail and consumer clients as well as global PE firms on their strategic direction. She continued her career at Graphite Capital LLP, investing in retail and consumer businesses and the oil & gas sector. She then moved to CBPE Capital where she was the partner responsible for retail, consumer and oil & gas sectors.

Anne has invested, built and exited numerous companies over the years. Notable investments and portfolio responsibilities include Wagamama restaurants, Kurt Geiger, Micheldever Tyres, The Assisted Reproductive & Gynaecology Centre and sofa.com.

Anne holds a BA (Hons) 1st Class in Psychology from Queens University, Belfast, an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Chicago, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (England & Wales).
