Bay Tree Private Equity LLP (Bay Tree) portfolio company Prime Light Group is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Emergency Lighting Products (ELP) Ltd, a premier UK specialist with over 30 years of expertise in emergency lighting solutions. This union brings together two industry-leading teams, enabling greater innovation, broader product offerings, and powerful cross-selling opportunities.
ELP’s deep-rooted heritage in emergency lighting technology perfectly complements Prime Light Group’s expansive portfolio across LEDs, drivers, control gear, and smart lighting systems. The combination creates a unified platform capable of delivering leading-edge lighting solutions and serving customers more comprehensively than ever before.
Bay Tree originated the opportunity and led the negotiation and execution of the acquisition.
Prime Light Group is also delighted to announce it has strengthened the senior management team through the appointment Catherine Connolly as Executive Chair. Catherine has a long history of leading and growing successful lighting and controls business including most recently as CEO of ML Accessories.
