Bay Tree Private Equity partners Ed Cottrell and David Wingfield have joined forces with veteran private equity investor Michael Simmonds as the firm embarks on its next phase of growth.

Simmonds has an extensive and successful track record as a private equity investor during his time at Lloyds Development Capital, Bowmark Capital and most recently at Risk Capital Partners. Successful investments include; Gails, Neilson, Cruise.co, Datix and comdirect.
