Bay Tree Advisory Partners have first-hand experience of leading successful management buyouts, so we understand what it feels like on both sides of the fence. We’ve experienced the steep learning curve of working with a Private Equity investor, with all the new financial and legal jargon as well as the rigour of due diligence activities.
